At Linen Closet we offer comfort, quality and something that is of equal importance, which is a great customer support. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your product in case you receive any damaged, wrong, or ill-fitted product. We willingly accept such products and offer refunds & exchanges within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at care.linencloset@gmail.com. We encourage our customers to contact us before initiating a return so we can authorize your return and guide you through the entire process. Items sent back to us without return authorization will not be accepted.
What to do if I receive a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product you have received is not what you have ordered, the item is damaged or the the packaging is in a bad condition or tattered, we recommend you to take a few photos of the packaging before unboxing and the product in case it is damaged or incorrect and contact our customer support.
The Standard Returns Process
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags. If you have unsealed the box, it must be in a way that the original packaging and the product is not damaged to successfully claim your return/refund.
- The authorized product will be returned at the customers own expense and Linen Closet will be not be responsible for the return cost and risks associated with it.

In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high-value item that is incorrect or arrived defective or damaged), you may be required to return the item to receive a refund.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request if a return is not required. If a return is required, the refund will be processed once the item has been returned to the applicable destination and is confirmed to be in good condition.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the delivery cost.
- If the product returned does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to you.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
